About Caroline

After running a very busy and successful café and catering business in North Balwyn, Melbourne, Australia, Caroline finished her studies to be a dietitian.

For many years she combined her love of cooking, skills from running the café along with her passion for and knowledge of nutrition to run cooking classes in her now home, Sydney.

When Covid happened she closed her cooking class business, but you can get your hands on many of the recipes she used in the classes as she shares them in her veggie-licious books.

There was a printed copy made of the two books combined which has sold out. It is available as a print on demand on Amazon. The price varies for some reason (Amazon does this as Caroline makes about $2 per copy regardless) but often it is obscene (>$100).
