Information the App Stores
The Urge Surfing App allows you to record when you have surfed an urge.
The App may store information about your use of the urge-surfing feature, such as the number of urges you have surfed. This information is used solely to provide feedback and functionality within the App, including allowing you to see your urge-surfing activity and progress.
This information is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to Caroline Trickey, uploaded to our servers, or otherwise accessible to us.
We do not receive, view or retain your individual urge-surfing records.

The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, telephone number or other personally identifiable information in order to use its core functionality.
We do not use the App to collect personal information about you.

Data Retention and Deletion
We do not retain your urge-surfing activity on our servers because we do not receive or have access to this information.
Information relating to your urge-surfing activity may remain stored locally on your device for as long as it is retained by the App.
If you delete the App or delete its stored data, locally stored urge-surfing information may be deleted from your device.

We do not intentionally collect information from these sources.
