WHY LISTEN TO ME?

I know what I'm talking about. Oh and I have A LOT of experience in the menu planning department!

After almost 14 years of running a busy café and catering business in Melbourne, I finished my studies as a dietitian, then pre-Covid ran cooking classes in Sydney, Australia. Both the café and the cooking classes required meal planning.

​I've also worked in private practice for almost 20 years now, assisting people to better manage diabetes, heart disease, auto-immune conditions, IBS and more and use my training in eating psychology and hypnotherapy to help people slim down permanently.

So I've spent a lot of 1:1 time with people, showing them how to plan their intake so they can achieve the goals they desire.
​I'd love to share that knowledge with YOU!

​I really enjoy cooking and I want to inspire others to get in the kitchen and make the most of their meals.
But despite enjoying cooking, I don't want to spend my entire life in the kitchen. I have a lot of other things I like to do!

My focus is on quick and easy dishes that are both deeeelicious and nutritious.

I have a true love of food and passion for cooking and want to show people that while food is there to nourish us, it's also very much a source of enjoyment and pleasure.

I believe in a healthy balance and avoid diets and shaming foods.
I prefer a more sensible, practical and balanced long term approach.

I believe that what we eat MOST OF THE TIME needs to be delicious AND nutritious. I show you exactly how to do this in my meal planning course.
